In this guide, we’ll show you how to add your Guesty and QuickBooks accounts to Tallybreeze and create a fully integrated connection. Tallybreeze supports adding any number of these accounts. You’ll also have the ability to add any accounts of your clients or 3rd parties as they grant you permission. We’ll show you how to do all of this here.
Step 1: Navigate to "Connections" page
To get to the Connections page, click on the "Connections" menu item on the left.
Step 2: Add a Guesty account
In order to create an integrated connection, we’ll need to add at least one Guesty account.
First, you'll need to get the Guesty API Key from your Guesty account.
Select "Connect" and copy the Guesty API Key provided.
Next, in Tallybreeze under "Connections," select “Add Account” at the top right
From there select to add a "Guesty" account and paste in your Guesty API Key.
We have now successfully added an Airbnb account to Tallybreeze.
Step 3: Add a QuickBooks account
Now let’s add a QuickBooks organization. At the top right, select the “Add Account” button again.
This time select to add a “QuickBooks” account and complete the steps to complete the connection. From here you’ll be redirected to the Intuit login where you can sign into your Intuit account and then select the company you’d like to connect.
Step 4: Create Connection
Now that we’ve added at least one Guesty account and one QuickBooks account, we can then create a connection between the two.
Click on “Create Connection” and select your Guesty account, then select your QuickBooks account. Once complete, be sure to select "Save".
DONE!
This concludes our guide to creating fully integrated connections in Tallybreeze. Refer back to your checklist for next steps.
