Tallybreeze (formerly Bnbtally) will create an invoice for each reservation received from Airbnb. We'll also create refund receipts or credit memos for any refunds given. When Airbnb releases a payout to your bank account, Tallybreeze (formerly Bnbtally) will already have all the invoices, refund receipts and credit memos ready to be matched perfectly with the payout (assuming you've set up all the related listings). If you've set up automatic payments to be applied to your invoices using a payment clearing account, then all that needs to be done is to reconcile the bank statement line to the same payment clearing account - this can be done automatically with a simple bank rule. Otherwise, you'll need to match the invoices directly with the Airbnb payout during reconciliation.
